1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the toto25 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the toto25 platform, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) toto25 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify toto25 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. toto25 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending wagers will be settled before closure is processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

toto25 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may require you to provide identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, activating bonus offers, or following any activity that raises compliance concerns. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, Passport)
• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account statement matching your registered account name)

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Accepted deposit methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfers; Rp 20.000 for e-wallet deposits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via local bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to third-party delays.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours to your verified bank account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. toto25 does not guarantee same-hour withdrawal completion.
• Withdrawal account matching: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account held in the same name as your registered toto25 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction fees: toto25 does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which toto25 accepts no responsibility.
• Currency: All transactions on toto25 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). toto25 accepts no responsibility for currency conversion fees or exchange rate losses.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

toto25 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated within each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Only players with a fully verified account are eligible to participate in bonus promotions. toto25 reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active per account at any given time.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated promotional period will expire and cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the toto25 platform is governed by the following general rules, in addition to specific rules applicable to each game or market:

• Wager finality: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Odds and markets: toto25 reserves the right to change odds, suspend markets, or void bets at any time in response to incorrect odds publication, match suspension, or other exceptional circumstances.
• System or connectivity errors: toto25 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or platform outages on the user's side. Bets placed during a verified platform outage will be reviewed and resolved at toto25's discretion.
• Winnings settlement: Winnings are credited to your account balance promptly following the conclusion and official settlement of each event or game round. toto25 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation if there is any reason to suspect wagering irregularity.
• Maximum winnings: toto25 may impose maximum payout caps on certain games or markets. Where applicable, these caps are stated within the relevant game or market rules.

8. Togel (Numbers Lottery) Rules

Togel (Toto Gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game, is offered on toto25 via official international draw pools including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, and others. The following rules apply:

• Draw results are sourced directly from each respective official lottery authority and published on the platform within minutes of the official draw conclusion.
• All togel bets must be placed before the official closing time for each respective draw. Late bets will not be accepted.
• In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement by the official lottery authority, toto25 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that draw and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum bet per line is Rp 1.000. Maximum bet limits per draw and bet type are available within the platform's togel game interface.
• Payouts for togel winnings are calculated according to the odds displayed at time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change between draws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto25 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to appropriate authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other fraudulent purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players, match officials, or any other party to fix the outcome of any sporting event or game.

12. Limitations of Liability
